ABOUT PECAN GROVE ESTATES
Pecan Grove Estates is a historic film and photography rental property nestled within the Pecan Valley neighborhood of San Antonio, TX. Since being built in 1928, the home has evolved from 600 sq ft to 10,800 sq ft, which includes the main house and 4 cottages. Pecan Grove Estates is owned and maintained by Gail Schoelman, who oversaw the construction, design, and decoration of the property since she moved in with her husband Al in 1990. The property has been in her husband Al’s family for 6 generations and has grown from a half an acre to encompassing approximately 3 acres.

Robert Flowers is an Army Veteran and a product of HBCU (Texas Southern). He has over 20 years of experience in local television. He is a people person, and loves to spend most of his free time outside cooking in nature.

Kristin Quintanilla is a Texas-based filmmaker and media professional with a diverse background spanning film, design, marketing, and non-profit work. She owns South Face Productions, where she oversees the creative and logistics of film/media projects, marketing campaigns, and events. Kristin also serves as a Marketing Associate at Texas Public Radio, where she specializes in content creation for social media, events, graphic design, and news content production.
